Delivery Policy 

1. Shipping is £4.99, with free shipping on orders over £50. These prices exclude Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight & the Scottish Islands. We are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands. We are unable to ship outside of the UK.

2. If you've ordered more than 18 bottles we'll split your order into smaller boxes (eg. 24 bottles in two cases of 12) to keep the weight down. These may not arrive at the same time but we'll send you a separate delivery confirmation email for each case so you can track their journey.

3. When you give Kulture Tonic your credit or debit card details you are confirming that you are either the card holder, or that you have permission from the card holder to use the card for the purpose of ordering our products.

4. We reserve the right to cancel any orders we cannot fulfil for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact you to explain why and refund any money you have paid us for that order.

5. We endeavour to ship to you within 3 working days of your order. However, please allow for up to 5 working days for shipment as we use a third party for deliveries and, on occasion, delays happen that are beyond our control. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days, please contact us via our contacts page.

6. While you may place an order on a weekend, a bank holiday, Christmas, New Year or any other national holiday, please note that we only ship on working days. Therefore, your order will be shipped on the next working day following your order.

7. Please note that you cannot change your delivery address once your order is placed without incurring a new delivery charge.

8. If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will notify you and send you a replacement order as soon as we can. For these purposes, delivery takes place when products are left at your delivery address or with someone else in accordance with your instructions.

9. If you have received broken bottles or bottles that do not match your order, a replacement parcel can be arranged via our contacts page. Note that we will ask you for pictorial evidence of the damage, along with your order number. Without these items, we will be unable to process a replacement.

 

Refunds & Returns

1.  We hope you will never have need to return our wonderful product. But should you require it, we will refund your purchase so long as we are notified within 7 days from the date of your order. Once you have notified us that you would like to make a return, you have 14 days to return the product to us. To receive a refund, the product must be returned unopened, containing all the bottles that you initially ordered, also unopened. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, it is your responsability to adequately and safely return it to us:

2.  We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. While it is within your rights not to provide a reason for this, we do require proof of purchase in the form of your order number. You can arrange for a refund via our contacts page.
